At the recommendation of a good friend, we signed with the Rutherford group to sell our old bungalow near downtown Tampa. The listing went live on a Thursday and by Monday we had multiple offers. The folks whose cash offer we accepted found issues they couldn’t accept during their inspection and backed out of the deal. Jared Rutherford said “not to worry we have multiple other cash offers and the one I’m going to recommend is even higher!
We accepted that offer and with one slight change to their offer after inspection, we closed the deal within just a few weeks at a price about 25% over asking price. Needless to say we were very pleased!
